1) Give up overthinking and worrying.
Overthinking creates problems that are not present in the first place. Worrying takes away today's peace and potential but not tomorrow's troubles. All types of depressions and anxiety are result of overthinking and worrying. These are the burning problem of today's teens.

2) Give up criticizing yourself for everything you aren't
Love yourself in thoughts, words and actions. Be kind to yourself. Being kind to yourself is more important than being kind to others. Work through your fears, insecurities and anger. Help yourself to grow beyond them.
3) Give up getting caught up on the negativity surrounding you
It is very important to be positive even in the negative times. Nowadays teens are attracted towards and influenced more fast by negative things. Looking for the worst destroys our capacity to do our best. Act even in some small way, whatever be the condition. The time is never perfect. Start where you are, start by what you have, just start now. Don't sit and wait for a perfect future.
4) Give up regretting and holding onto your past
When you dold onto your past, you miss the beauty of the present and what you have today. THank the things that didn't work out because they just made room for thre things that will. People who hold onto their past, actually may not make their future bright.
5) Give up wanting to be where others are in life
Stop comparing where you are at with where everybody else is. It doesn't take you forward. It pulls you down. YOu are unique, so are your goals, dreams and journey.
6) Give up letting the judgement of other's control you.
Others don't know your story what you have been through. What you think about yourself matters. Think about yourself. Do what is right for you. Not what others think you should be doing.
7) Give up sticking to the person you used to be
Step outside of the person you have been. Remember4 who you want to be and what you are capable of. If you have to come out of your comfort zone, happily do so for the person you want to be.
8) Give up believing you aren't strong enough to move forward
It's always possible to go on, no matter how impossible it seems. Remember everything is going to be ok. Have the courage to take one more step. You would be glad you did it. Never underestimate yourself.
